DA1, DA2, DA3, we are still in the progress of the IP migration, we anticipate delay from our end, we will keep update here, when you can start updating your DNS.

From our end we tried to maintain our IPv6, if your service uses or assigned with our IPv6 previously, do not make any changes for IPv6, you have just required to update the IPv4 only.

The IP migration process will be done in phases; we will start with our DA1 first and followed by other servers. Once update complete, we will verify each of the service and alert user if they still not updated their IP. The migration will be run in parallel, some services might complete earlier than others service, it will depend on the number of users in the server.

The purpose of this migration is to enhance our security and enable new features that will provide an improved user experience.

During the migration, users who are using our nameserver will experience the migration automatically, and there is no action required from them. However, users who have not pointed their nameserver to our nameserver will need to manually update their IP on their DNS service provider. This will ensure that your services are not interrupted during the migration process.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause and thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our support team.
